Home Design: Decorate House connects room renovation to match-3 puzzles. Puzzle victories provide brushes for room tasks. NubiGames tested it in desktop Chrome on September 15, 2026, completing Level 1, changing part of the bedroom and opening Level 2 without playing a move.
From the bedroom to a match-3 board
Room tasks open by clicking the marked element. The floor, right wall and bed each displayed three alternatives. A thumbnail changed the preview; Apply confirmed it. We chose brown wood flooring, a light-blue wall and, initially, a grey-beige bed.
The bedroom was still unfinished when the session ended. A remaining task marker was visible on the blue wall. This means the tested progress covers only part of the first room, not a completed renovation.
How the puzzle levels work
Match-3 pieces move by dragging between adjacent squares. A valid swap forms a horizontal or vertical group of at least three identical pieces. Matches disappear, and any resulting cascades resolve automatically.
Level 1 began with a target counter of 35 and 18 moves. It was completed with 12 moves remaining, so only six moves were spent. The unused moves were converted automatically into bonus effects during the finishing animation. Level 2 presented two separate targets—32 green pieces and 32 blue pieces—with 26 moves. We reached that objective screen and then exited without making a move, so its solution and result are not claimed.
Level 1 reward and the first brush
The Completed screen awarded 42 coins and one brush. Claim brought the displayed account totals to 142 coins, one brush and five lives marked Full. An alternative x4 reward button carried an advertising symbol, but it was not selected.
The earned brush unlocked another bedroom choice. We selected grey patterned wallpaper from three variants and applied it to the main wall; the brush total then changed from one to zero. Brushes therefore acted as a renovation resource in the observed sequence.
Can a decoration be changed later?
Yes, at least for the tested bed. Clicking it again after Apply reopened its three variants. We changed the earlier grey-beige selection to the third, brown-wood model and confirmed it. This did not consume another brush: the counter stayed at zero. No explicit Undo or Cancel button appeared, but reopening an installed object provided a practical way to replace that choice.
The eye button hid and restored the main room interface. Animated hands and arrows supplied tutorial guidance without a separate Hint button. During the end-of-level conversion, “Tap To Skip” was available for shortening the animation.
Settings, leaving a level and saved session state
Settings showed Sounds and Music enabled and an English interface; Escape did not close it. Inside a puzzle, the gear exposed an X back to the bedroom. Decorations, Level 2 access, currencies and lives remained after visiting the store and leaving Level 2. This confirms retention within the session, not after closing the browser.
No named Pause or Restart control and no full level map were found. Two side tools on the puzzle board appeared unavailable with minus signs, while another booster was offered through an optional advertisement.
Advertising and store offers observed
A three-second interstitial appeared during launch and had to be closed before play. Optional advertising actions were also marked for special colours, a four-times reward and a booster, but none was activated.
The store listed No Forced Ads with 1,000 coins and one booster for 40 Gam, Starter Pack with 1,500 coins and three boosters for 50 Gam, and Apprentice Pack with 5,500 coins and several boosters for 130 Gam. Another card explained tickets for rewards without video. We did not open or buy an offer.
Test limits
No loss condition was triggered, the first bedroom was not finished, and Level 2 was not played. Mobile controls, touch input and fullscreen were not tested. The room and match-3 board both appeared in a horizontal landscape player. No developer is attributed because none was explicitly identified.

Frequently asked questions
How do you swap pieces on the match-3 board?
Drag one piece toward an adjacent square. The tested valid swaps created horizontal or vertical groups of at least three matching pieces.
How was the first brush earned and used?
Completing Level 1 awarded one brush. It was then spent to apply the selected patterned wallpaper to the main bedroom wall.
Can you replace an applied furniture choice?
Yes for the tested bed. Reopening it displayed the three variants again, and changing to the brown model did not consume another brush.
What did the store offer during the test?
Three packs priced at 40, 50 and 130 Gam were visible with different coin and booster contents. No offer was opened or purchased.
