What to include
- Technical problem: the game title, page URL, device, browser and a short description of what happened.
- Correction: the information you believe is incorrect and, when possible, a reliable source.
- Privacy request: the email address used to contact us and enough detail to identify the relevant correspondence.
- Copyright or trademark notice: the affected URL, identification of the protected work, your relationship to the rights holder and your requested action.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information. NubiGames cannot access accounts or purchases managed inside a third-party game; those requests may need to be directed to the game provider.
Response and abuse reports
We aim to review legitimate messages within a reasonable time. Urgent security, privacy and intellectual-property reports are prioritised, but no fixed response time is guaranteed.
