These Terms govern access to nubigames.com (the “Site”). The Site is published under the name NUBIgamesM and operated by Kamal Abdel. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Service
NubiGames provides a catalogue, original editorial information and access points to browser games distributed by third-party providers. Games may be free to launch but can contain provider advertising, optional purchases or external account features. NubiGames does not process those purchases.
Third-party games
A game loads from a third-party domain after you press Play. Its availability, content, data processing, advertising and purchases are controlled by the provider or developer and may be subject to separate terms. Review those terms before using optional accounts or purchases.
Acceptable use
You may use the Site for personal, lawful entertainment. You must not attack or disrupt the Site, bypass security or iframe restrictions, automate abusive requests, inject malicious code, misrepresent affiliation, infringe rights or use the Site in violation of applicable law.

The NubiGames brand, site design and original editorial text belong to the operator unless stated otherwise. Game software, artwork, trademarks and provider materials belong to their respective owners and are made available under provider distribution arrangements. A rights holder may request review by emailing contact@nubigames.com with the affected URL, identification of the protected material, contact details, the basis of the claim and the requested action. We may remove or restrict material while a report is reviewed.
Advertising and links
The Site may display clearly identified advertising and links to external services. An advertisement or external link does not constitute an endorsement. You are responsible for reviewing the external service’s terms and privacy practices.
No guarantee
We try to keep the catalogue accurate and functional, but games and third-party services can change without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Site is provided “as is” without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, compatibility, progress storage or suitability for a particular purpose.
Responsibility
Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, NUBIgamesM is not responsible for indirect losses caused by third-party games, external services, device incompatibility, lost progress or decisions made from information that was reasonably believed accurate when published.
