This policy explains how personal information may be handled when you use nubigames.com (the “Site”). NubiGames is published under the name NUBIgamesM and operated by Kamal Abdel. Privacy questions may be sent to contact@nubigames.com.
Information that may be processed
- Technical logs: the hosting infrastructure may record IP address, browser and device information, requested URLs, timestamps and security events.
- Messages: when you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to provide.
- Local game history: the “Keep playing” feature stores a short list of launched games in your browser. This information is not sent to a NubiGames account.
- Analytics: when enabled and permitted by your consent choice, Google Analytics may receive usage events, approximate location, browser and device information, and cookie-based identifiers.
- Advertising: after AdSense is activated, Google and approved advertising partners may process cookies, IP addresses and similar identifiers to deliver, limit, measure and, with consent, personalise advertising.
- Embedded games: a third-party game is loaded only after you press Play. The provider may then process technical data and set its own storage under its privacy terms.
Why information is used
Information is used to deliver and secure the Site, diagnose faults, answer requests, remember games on your device, understand aggregate usage and support the Site through advertising. Where consent is required, Analytics, personalised advertising and non-essential storage are controlled by your consent choice. You may withdraw consent at any time through the privacy and cookie settings shown on the Site.
Services and recipients

- Google Site Kit and Google Analytics provide site measurement. See Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses partner-site data.
- Google AdSense may provide advertising after activation and consent configuration. Advertising preferences can be managed in Google Ads Settings.
- Playgama distributes the current game catalogue. Its embedded services are governed by the Playgama privacy policy.
Retention
Contact messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain necessary records or resolve a dispute. Security logs follow the hosting configuration. Google Analytics user and event data will be configured for a retention period of up to 14 months; aggregated reports may remain available for longer. Browser-based game history remains until you clear the Site’s local storage.
International processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, they use contractual and organisational safeguards for international transfers.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Send requests to contact@nubigames.com. You may also clear browser storage, adjust cookie preferences or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Children
NubiGames does not offer user accounts and does not knowingly request personal information from children. Minors should use the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian may contact us about information a child may have submitted.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the Site, providers or legal requirements change. The latest version and revision date will remain available on this page.
